About CFNC: Carolina Functional Neurology Center provides holistic treatment for a variety of neurological, metabolic and autoimmune conditions. Please click here to view patient interviews and case studies.
Date: The pop-up clinic will be offered three times in 2024: April, July and September.
Intensive Treatment: You will be seen for four days and receive an in-depth new patient exam, baseline bloodwork, 14 neurological rehabilitation visits and a reevaluation exam.
Cost: Please complete the form below and we will contact you to discuss cost details. A 50 percent deposit is due upfront and is nonrefundable, the remaining 50 percent is due the Wednesday before treatment begins.
Location: Harbor Chiropractic in Bradenton, Florida has graciously provided a space for us to use for the pop-up clinic. The address is 6220 Manatee Avenue W, Bradenton, FL 34209. It is located 25 minutes from the Sarasota Brandenton International Airport and 50 minutes from the Tampa International Airport.
