Carolina Functional Neurology Center believes in the value of individualized healthcare. We have created a pricing structure that is customizable based on what is best for your brain, financials, and your schedule.

New Patient Exam Fee: Our new patient exam fee is $700 and includes a thorough health history, neurological and biomechanical evaluation, diagnostic testing, baseline blood work and a second visit (report of findings) to follow up with your doctor to review findings and learn about your customized treatment plan options.

Payment Options: We accept cash, credit, debit, health savings account cards, flexible spending cards, and CareCredit. We also offer interest free in-house financing options.

Insurance: Carolina Functional Neurology Center is a cash-based office. We are non-participating with all insurance carriers. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement requests.

Fees and Services: Our fees at Carolina Functional Neurology Center are well researched and based on current market practices. We want you to understand what is involved in making those decisions. Our fees are based on the time the doctor spends with you during your visit, the complexity of your medical condition, and any treatment we provide. To adequately prepare for your treatment plan, the doctors spend significant time outside of your scheduled visits to do the following:

• Maintain electronic health records

• Review medical history and records

• Create a comprehensive treatment plan customized to your needs

• Consult with co-managing physicians

• Conduct medical research relevant to your case

• Draft letters of necessity and authorization forms as needed
