We understand that everyone’s skill level and tolerance can vary greatly, so this program allows you to mix and match exercises based on what feels best for you and your nervous system. The exercises include lying down, sitting and standing variations. This is created with the intention of providing you with exercise choices that you can complete depending on how you are feeling.
