POTS & Pilates

Join us on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 5:30 PM for POTS & Pilates at CFNC Raleigh! 

Sarah Tyndall, owner of Restore & Reform, will be providing educational information on pilates, discussing the foundations that are beneficial for POTS and hypermobility, and leading a 30 minute active session walking through basic pilates exercises. 

The event will take place in-person at CFNC Raleigh: 8816 Six Forks Road, Suite 107, Raleigh, NC 27615

About Sarah Tyndall:

Sarah is a Physical Therapist with nearly 18 years of practice and 11 years as a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist. Her experience ranges from children to older adults, with focused niche skills in Dance Medicine/Performing Arts and Foot & Ankle injuries. Sarah has worked with performers and students of Philadelphia Ballet, Rock School for Dance Education, University of the Arts, touring shows “Phantom of the Opera” and “So You Think You Can Dance”, and many others in the Philadelphia region. She has also worked with medical and therapy team members for the Philadelphia Phillies, Eagles and Flyers while attending and presenting at Sports Medicine Symposiums.

Most recently, Sarah spent over 5 years as a specialty Physical Therapy provider working for the US Army. Her time spent as an Orthopedic & Sports Medicine therapist in this setting has helped her develop a deeper understanding of fast-paced injury triage and treatment planning, compound lifts, and return to training programs for strength and conditioning.

Sarah has also completed Comprehensive Pilates training through internationally recognized Balanced Body. The infusion of Pilates into Physical Therapy is natural and creates a deeper understanding of how and why the body performs the way it does.
